Rhonda Peoples has worn a lot of big hats without having gotten a big head about it. Ranging from flashy and stylish to gritty and functional, her emerging favorites include team leader, sales trainer, national inspirational speaker, and innovative business developer.

Rhonda spent the first part of her career working hard, competing with men, and proving her worth before discovering it might not be the only (or even the best) way to do things. This created a fire in her belly to reach out to other women. She began demonstrating and sharing how
women can create new paths for themselves individually and collaboratively, and these paths did not need to look like others already existing.

Rhonda created a team to generate the first Empowering Women With Words collaborative book and founded Empowering Women Alliance, a company that empowers women to find their voice. Today Rhonda is also VP of Sales for Botanic Wellness, a hemp-driven company making strides in medicine, fiber, and grain. Creating Home Compostable utensils, bottles and straws is just a few of the exciting projects on their table!
