Advocating for mental health in our returning citizen population and the world
I a 46-year-old black male who completed 18 years of Florida State prison I have advocated for mental health and I returning citizens population as I am a prime example of what the lack of mental health can look like in our returning citizens population I struggle with mental health I struggle with the everyday coping of life there's not a day I have not thought about drastic measures in order to have to hurting stop and I know there are hundreds if not millions of more like me especially our returning citizens population this is the story that I need the world to know about that I need the world to come together collectively as one an uplift this issue because mental health can affect anyone it can be your mother father cousin brother sons and we have to learn to identify the characteristics of mental health when they are so obvious.
