I've gone through multiple bouts of depression/anxiety with suicidal ideations for years. During my 20 year career in the Navy I attempted suicide and some would offer that during my deployments to the desert I was on a death wish (hoping someone else would do it for me).
Since retiring I finally hit bottom and found my way out by focusing on my four M methodology - Movement/Mind/Meditation/Meaning. With these I've been able to steel my mind and body for a marathon and looking to get to my second and a new PR this October.
